I really feel for kids being cooped up all day in a classroom. Give them the gift of a day or two in outdoor afterschool and watch them choose toe outdoors over tech. Sounds like a dream? Well its not too far away, we encourage our young ones to explore and discover there place in nature. They will soon be telling stories of the woods and facts they found out themselves. Our afterschool kids have reports of increase time out …even in the rain. With many parents buying more raingear to allow their child to be outdoors for longer and longer.

We just love to connect young adults to nature. Thy are at the time in their lives where they are ready to take risks. And we are here to harness their risky behavior into pure learning gold!!

Our experience of working with young adults from 13 to 16 is that they love to get stuck into cooking and eating in nature. Using tools and playing games are also high on their list of activities.
